Future cherry blossoms
Going to be a good year for cherry blossoms

Crazy Crocus Colour
We’ve got a few different colours going on.

First crocus

That’s a Wrap!
Apparently the new rowing season starts tomorrow. I think the first six months with the rowing machine went quite well. I may cut myself some slack over the summer – with yard activities to keep me active, but 1.5 M meters seems achievable for a full year.

Sluggish Butterfly
Spring’s arrival has been a bit sluggish – like this butterfly having emerged from hibernation – but warmer days are here and things are starting to grow!

Spring, eh?
I’m not holding my breath for Easter crocuses.

Gaze Deeply into the Eye of the Lily
The lilies on the windowsill behind my computer are doing their usual Spring magic

All Lined Up
The deer are generally keeping a little further away this year, but I seemed to catch these about to cross the path.
-
The Partridge Family
These feather-balls show up once or twice a year. Their tracks show up all over the neighborhood. They come, poke around under the feeder for a few minutes and then abruptly depart.

Bright Sun, Bright Flowers
So many foggy and cloudy days lately, but the sun was streaming in today and lighting up the amaryllis. All five flowers in the first stalk are open now.
